Rob was very diligent in his efforts to ensure a smooth handover even going above and beyond by putting rubbish in the bin and cleaning up after the mowing agency blew grass and dirt into the house. He was always very responsive and helpful to our enquiries and requests. He was honest about the condition and issues with the house and assisted to ensure we were familiar with the auction process. He is very professional and in his dealings and fair to borh seller and buyer. A very friendly local agent!
