Rob clearly was very knowledgeable on the area. Rob had chatted with my mother over many years & she was very comfortable in appointing him to sell her home. He kept us well informed throughout. He wasn’t pushy & as this was my elderly mother selling he was very mindful of ensuring her well-being regarding open inspections due to Covid & respecting our wishes with limited access. A good result was achieved without any pressure making the experience somewhat less stressful. A nice guy.
