We were looking for a property close to the Alex/Maroochydore beaches area with an existing building, suitable for renovation/extension. We registered for an auction, run by Rob, for a property in our area of interest. We eventually decided the property did not meet our requirements and chose not to bid. Rob followed up and using his close contacts in our preferred area, found a number of properties for us to view. One of these properties was a real gem. Penny has been just wonderful to work with. From the start Melissa was so honest and hard working as our agent, she kept us fully informed of the results of every inspection told us of every enquiry . She was fair with her advertising costs and with her commission. She had an inspection at least every weekend but was always respectful of our tenant and went out of her way not to inconvenience our tenant in any way. It has been an extremely hard time with the Virus and Melissa being a young Mum , but she did everything to see we got a Contract with an excellent price and no complications. We will be keeping in contact and hope we will be in a position to purchase in the future using Melissa as our agent and recommend her to everyone.
