We had a marvelous experience with Melissa. She was experienced, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, efficient and very friendly. We live in Mackay and Century 21 managed our property in Mountain Creek (very, very well as well) so we knew some real estate people and after asking around we went with Melissa because she was highly recommended and we had a good association with Century 21 in Maroochydore, so it was a logical choice. We were thinking of putting the property on the market for various reasons and Melissa approached us very nicely as she had buyers for the area. Very glad we did sign up when we did. It took a maximum of 2 weeks to actually sell with a minimum of interruption to our tenants. We did minimum advertising and Melissa kept us informed at every step and helped with any queries. She liaised with the tenants very very well and they were very happy with her. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience and we got the price we wanted. Very very happy.
