With over 8 years' experience in real estate, Olena has been involved in every facet of property management — from leasing and the day-to-day management of properties, to managing and overseeing the wider team. At Century21 Pereira Group, she has played a key role in growing the management portfolio, building it from the ground up alongside the rest of the business. Olena's approach to property management is shaped by a perspective not every property manager has: she's a landlord herself. That first-hand experience gives her a genuine understanding of what landlords need and expect from their manager, and it drives her belief that no task is too small when it comes to looking after her clients' properties. In her role, Olena takes full ownership of the Property Management function — overseeing the team of property managers to ensure the portfolio is managed effectively and efficiently, while driving performance and growth across the department — all while ensuring the business's 6-star customer service standards are consistently met. Alongside her real estate career, Olena brings a strong professional foundation in finance and accounting, having worked with major mid-tier accounting firms and large investment banks earlier in her career. This included time at WHK Horwath (now Findex), where she worked across complex business structures, cashflow and budgeting. That background continues to inform her work today, as she ensures Century21 Pereira Group operates in a financially healthy and responsible manner and works on business cases to test viability and build long-term sustainability.
