As the market is so tough these days, Bala did not leave us in the dark, he told us exactly what the owner wanted and having other buyers to compete with, I feel that Bala gave everyone a chance to put their best foot forward. Bala is an agent who is fair/trustworthy and really took my families need into consideration.

Around the middle of 2022 we had decided to sell our property at 8 Totara place. We were holding back for approximately 3 months because we did not know where to start, who to sell with, what can we get for our property and whether the time was right and many other questions that we did not seem to have answers to. We spoke to several agents in the area, then a relative introduced us to Bala at Century 21. Right from the start it felt nice, since we had emotional attachment to the property. We found Bala very knowledgeable in the field. It felt like we were working with a team behind us. He seemed to have answers to all our questions. It just felt right and the big part was that he was not pushy and seemed to have all the time in the world for us. Took us through each step at a time. Today it feels that we had made an excellent choice. I am happy to recommend Bala Rajan to anyone in the market to buy or sell a residential property.
