I can only say that Alex met and exceeded my expectations as an agent. He was extremely supportive during this very stressful period. He provided advice based on his years of market experience and ensured I was aware at every step of the journey on what was required to be done to achieve a good price. He then continued to keep me informed with regular updates once the house was on the market. His work ethic was outstanding, arranging and attending a number of open for inspections. He was confident of the price range that was set for sale. Even when there were no bids at the auction his confidence that there was a buyer out there for the property allowed me to stay optimistic. He was able to negotiate with an interested party on the day of the auction, and achieved a very satisfactory result the day after.
