As first home builders, we were new to the process of buying land, Andy made it very clear from the beginning that no question was too silly and we could contact him whenever we felt required. The settlement took a little longer because of personal things out of Andys control but he was always understanding and reassuring that we would get there in the end. At times we had some issues with our broker and we struggled to get in contact with them and Andy was the one keeping us informed and making sure the purchase stayed on track. We can not thank Andy enough for his help during our journey and we would recommend him to anyone considering purchasing land.
