I highly recommend Joel Bethell and his team. Joel clearly communicated with me every step of selling my property, letting me know my choices, the legal reasons behind and giving me advice on how to proceed. Then he quickly acted on my decisions. I no longer live in Sydney so to have Joel and his team handle all the particulars while keeping me fully informed was amazing. While I can’t say the Auction wasn’t stressful- it went very smoothly.
