My initial dealings with C21 Sutherland were with Stewart. He was easy to deal with.
While Stewart perservered with attempts to sell the unit for a price that I didn't think was likely, his efforts were appreciated. In any event, the price ultimately realised was considerably better than I had expected. Stewart impressed with his professionalism and communication style, making me happy that I had chosen C21 Sutherland to market my unit, after years of having rented out the unit through C21 Sutherland/Cronulla as well (with thanks to Yulia and Amy).

Joel K and the other members of the C21 team were very pleasant to deal with. They did very well given that my unit is located at Penshurst which is outside their usual patch. At all times, I was impressed by Joel's professionalism and his negotiation skills are evident given the price realised which was way better than I anticipated, given the current uncertain market. I

Warm and professional
My first contact with Stewart was via a telephone call, He called me promptly after leaving a message for a call back. He was warm and very professional answering all my questions and concerns, before I even saw the property. He made me want to see it and experience it for myself. I met him on an open day and I was impressed with the knowledge of the unit and surrounding area . He was real and very approachable, which is quite refreshing. I highly recommend Stewart.

Joel was present the moment I stepped into the property.
From the first moment I walked into the property, Joel was present and ready for all my questions. He was enthusiastic about what he was telling me about the property and showed me around with pride. He had extensive knowledge of the place he was selling as well as the local area. He was genuinely interested in my story and what my needs were. Professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Joel went above and beyond from our very first conversation till the very end. He was prompt to answer any questions I had and kept me up to date with any and every part of the process needed to sell my property. With each inspection I was kept well informed of who was interested. In the end my property was sold in an exceptional time frame for an amount above my expectations. Would highly recommend!!
