I would also like to acknowledge all of the efforts of Erin, her professionalism and level of customer service in keeping us up to date was excellent. Selling our parents’ home was quite difficult at times us and through this Erin was patient and caring in her approach. Through her efforts, it validated that we made the correct decision to appointing Century 21 to sell the home, should I or any of my friends have the need of an agent in Echuca I will not hesitate in recommending you and the team at Century 21.

Andrew was a very polite and helpful agent to deal with. I had a number of queries on the property and all were answered promptly and with the amount of detail I required, he was even able to put me in contact with the owner/builder who could explain to me how some plumbing issues worked. This is the second very pleasant buying experience I have had with Century 21 Echuca after buying a rural property through this office through the highly knowledgeable rural specialist Wayne Marchment 3 years ago.

Green stars all around for Sarah, Steve and the team at Century 21 Echuca! I felt confident from day one that selling this house would be a good experience. Communications were quite frequent and informative over the period, even on open days where there was little interest, I was still kept in the loop. Negotiations went well and were handled professionally. I believe this property was sold for at least what it is worth, maybe even a little more. Century 21 Echuca will be on top of my list if I need to buy or sell another property. I hope Sarah will be there to help me again! Thank you.
