Andrew was a very polite and helpful agent to deal with. I had a number of queries on the property and all were answered promptly and with the amount of detail I required, he was even able to put me in contact with the owner/builder who could explain to me how some plumbing issues worked. This is the second very pleasant buying experience I have had with Century 21 Echuca after buying a rural property through this office through the highly knowledgeable rural specialist Wayne Marchment 3 years ago.

Green stars all around for Sarah, Steve and the team at Century 21 Echuca! I felt confident from day one that selling this house would be a good experience. Communications were quite frequent and informative over the period, even on open days where there was little interest, I was still kept in the loop. Negotiations went well and were handled professionally. I believe this property was sold for at least what it is worth, maybe even a little more. Century 21 Echuca will be on top of my list if I need to buy or sell another property. I hope Sarah will be there to help me again! Thank you.

We purchased our first home through Sarah and was such a breeze! From the first day we inspected the property right through negotiation and right upto settlement Sarah was extremely helpful! Being new to buying, we had many questions and worries but Sarah was able to answer or help us through them all! Highly recommend the agents from 21st Century, Echuca headed by Andrew LOCKHEAD. Professional in appearance and straight down the line. They had the perfect buyer on their books where the purchaser, agent and my family are all happy.
