Josh helped in giving us all the details we needed to buy this home, any query we had he answered quickly and always with a smile. Josh co-ordinated with our conveyancer to organise procedures without any hassles especially as our circumstances were unconventional. Josh noticed small things and even remembered we didn't drink alcohol and gave us a lovely gift of edible goodies when presenting us with our keys on settlement day. THANK YOU Josh
