Genuine Agent
We chose Beau as the Agent to sell our house as he came across as an enthusiastic and genuine guy. Beau went above and beyond what we asked him to do and our house sold quickly. He gave good advice and always did what he said he was going to do. It takes a partnership to sell a house, and we had our house looking great whenever we had an open house or private inspection. Beau is very relational, so easy to partner with, and very understanding and respectful of all the emotional undercurrents that are going on when you have your house on the market. Josh was an excellent agent. He was accomodating and flexible from the first phone call and attended to our many Impromptu requests efficiently and professionally. Josh always returned messages promptly and kept us in the loop of how things were progressing.
