Whilst we had sought property evaluation from other agents on a couple of previous occasions, Andrew and his assistant sat with us for over an hour and gave us a credible and firm idea of the current value of our property and potential for sale. We needed a short campaign and were impressed with the advertising media available with Century 21. The 'Open For Inspections' were conducted well and we were given verbal feedback on each occasion. On the day of the auction Andrew was "Business as usual"and to our relief and satisfaction our property was sold after negotiations with a buyer.
