Looking for the right property is one of the most time-consuming, exhausting and frustrating activity, and since it is a life-time investment, it is understandable that no one would want to have any unanticipated risks. We have spent close to two months around the Glenwood and Baulkham Hills area looking for a home, and we even participated in auctions with no success. One day, we suddenly decided to take a look at what was available in Rouse Hill, and all we can say is that it was our lucky day, as we were able to meet Sasha during two home inspections. On the second property, once we stepped into the property and looked around, within 10 minutes, both my wife and myself came to the same conclusion that this was the house that we wanted. Sasha has acted professionally in selling our 3 bed-room unit in Rouse Hill at very good price when the market condition is not great. Sasha gave us valuable advice from vacating, decorating and advertising the unit for sales. Despite number of people inspecting the unit was high, no offering and was close to year-end, Sasha continued looking for sales opportunity while we are overseas. Good news finally came in mid Jan and Sasha was able to negotiate a good price for our unit. I am very pleased that he has done a great job for us.
