Dear John Thank you for all your time, attention and thoroughness in selling the house. I'm surprised how quickly it all happened. I found Sarah to have a friendly personality ,was easy to get along with and because of her real estate knowledge I soon built a trust in her abilitiy to make the right decisions towards selling my house. She kept me informed at all times and it was great that I could leave all the decisions re advertising etc to her knowing she would not let me down. The house sold within my expected time frame and although it didn't quite make what I was hoping for I was satisfied with the price in the end. John was a pleasure to deal with. Always friendly, always prompt in following things up, returning calls, acting on requests from us. We had a couple of concerns about the property before signing (as most buyers do) and then there a couple of issues during settlement. John delivered friendly, open, honest exceptional service on both occasions - he worked so well with both the vendor and us as the buyers. Any queries we had from initially viewing the property to post settlement, John acted on. I can not speak highly enough of our experience with John.
