Coast Creek Country Realty are a local agency and they are extremely friendly and dedicated to helping us whenever needed. My experience with the property management team has turned my once unfortunate situation into a smooth stress free move. Their actions match their words and I am lucky enough to have an owner that cares about maintaining the quality and maintenance of this little place I calll home. I have found that Mel has handled our rental property at Palm Beach in a most satisfactory way. She took great effort in obtaining an ideal tenant recently when we had a tenant change. Even though Palm Beach is not her core area of rentals, she had an extensive knowledge of the area at least as good as any agent situated in Palm Beach. Also we have had no problems with the tradies that they have selected.
