We had never met Nils prior to deciding to sell our home but were impressed by positive feedback from from neighbours. We phoned Nils and he turned up very promptly to meet us and discuss our needs. He demonstrated a very friendly and positive approach at all times and was confident he would sell the home in a short period of time. He conducted a number of open homes and evening viewings and generated a lot of interest in the property. The property was contracted within a few weeks achieving his estimate of the value of the property.
