Professional approach, great time management and followed through pall aspects of the interaction
Professional approach - Stewart and the Sales Team conducted them selves with the highest degree of integrity. For example: when I had difficulty understanding why a home similar to mine in size but without any landscaping front or rear, had sold well above my asking price and in a short period of time.
It was explained to me that the home had been refurbished throughout whereas, I had only updated the master bedroom kitchen.
Time Management:
Preferring myself to be 30 minutes early, then 5 minutes late, I notice others ability to manage their time. I can not recall one occasion that either Stewart or the Team ran late. This tells me they respect me.
