Emma has been genuinely helpful from the inspection on. Communication has been prompt and clear. If you would like an area to improve in, Contractor reliability has been poor with many giving very short notice, others not attending when booked through the agent and not following up (gutter guard installation). Professionalism from Emma has been excellent and we look forward to continuing to work with her.
