Seller's review

First class service, first class result!

Professional and competent service resulting in a top price seldom found in the area. Good research into the local market. The suggestion that the house be 'staged' resulted in a significant boost to interest and the ultimate price. Some 40 groups at the first 'home open'. Sold within 2 weeks. Josh agreed to a commission that gave him what he asked for if it reached this 'unachievable' price. It did! Thank you Josh, excellent result all round.
