We can't thank Josh enough for looking after us when we sold our home. Before we even listed, he sat down with us and talked through how we'd land on a price. He clearly knows the market and has plenty of experience, but he never came across as arrogant. He was upfront and honest, and he really wanted to find out what our home was worth, not just throw a big number at us to win the listing. It made the whole thing feel fair, and I'd like to think the buyers felt that too. He was always there when we needed him. Whenever we called or messaged, he got back to us. I was quite nervous before our first open home, and he picked up on it straight away. He acknowledged how I was feeling and reassured me that the house was presented beautifully, which settled me right down. In my rush to get out the door, I left my rings on the kitchen bench. Even with almost 35 people going through the house, he happily took my call, found my rings and kept them safe for me. We felt like we were his only clients, and I know that can't have been the case! It doesn't surprise us at all that he's won awards. If you're thinking of selling, give him a call. We're so glad we did.
