Knowledgeable and a good communicator.

Found Louis a very confident agent and respectful, his knowledge of the market guiding us through the selling process of our home. He communicated every aspect of what was happening and what he was going to do to attract buyers to get the best outcome. He negotiated a price that was better than our expectation and sold with in the first two weeks of listing.
