Louis found me my home!
Louis approached me at a random home open after months of searching. I was losing hope. He asked me what I was looking for and straight away knew what I needed. He told me to meet him that afternoon at another home open. That was the one. I knew immediately it was mine and put in an offer then and there. Within half and hour, he had contacted the owner and got my offer accepted. He really went above and beyond for me and my family and thats why he deserves the longest review. 10/10 would recommend. Ameer was true to his word from the onset, listened to our needs, provided ideas and assistance, negotiated with the Vendor to reach an outcome that was suitable to us and the vendor. Very approachable and friendly. My experience with Ameer was a smooth transaction and felt he has a deep compassion to assist me as a 1st home buyer. Didn’t feel like he just wanted a sale. Extremely professional, excellent communicator and would recommend him without hesitation.
