Whilst the transaction itself was fine, the experience was James was exactly that - a transaction. As soon as the contract was signed, James moved onto his next deal. He left most of the post contract signing activities to his EA. There was no final inspection pre-settlement arranged (we had to reach out through solicitors to ask) and neither James or his agency turned up on the day of settlement. Even a cursory "congratulations" would have been nice. I'd look at other agents in the area.
