Company, and personnel who exceed expectations !!

I love to write an honest report about a company, and personnel who exceed expectations !! I researched and evaluated agents for the selling of 4 strata titled flats in the Ferntree Gully area Sharyn Chandler, as head of Chandler Real Estate & Co, impressed me from our initial contact with her professionalism and enthusiasm to offer practical advice for the marketing and sale process of these flats. Her promptness in replies and guidance is an outstanding feature Sharyn gave what turned out a representative selling price range so that we were realistic in our expectations As issues arose issues Sharyn, and her support team, ensured they were professionally completed promptly Communication, to me direct, to explain the level of prospective buyers’ interest and follow up calls kept me advised as to the sales process I could not speak more highly of Sharyn and her support team To complete this review the price charged for services offered by Sharyn and her team at Chandler Real Estate & Co was more than competitive as value for money, but it was the extras that were done (organising tradesmen etc) to ensure the properties were presented at their best to prospective buyers that gave me peace of mind and confidence that we had the right person selling our properties
