Straightforward, honest and knowledgeable!

Excellent professional who works hard to make a stressful process easy for you

Brad is hugely knowledgeable, thorough, highly experienced professional and above all a good, decent, honest man who genuinely cares about his customers, buyers and sellers alike. I raised with Brad the thought of selling my place a while back, but I wasn't really ready to sell and Brad could tell that I didn't want to part with the house. There was zero pressure on Brad's part, and albeit he knew this may not eventuate, he gave me his patience and time, and welcomed my enquiries. When the time came, all the campaign materials were produced to the highest standards with no hassle whatsoever for me. Brad sold my house so quickly I could hardly digest that it's done! I trusted Brad's advice throughout the process following previous experience with him as a buyer. I would go with Brad time and time again. He is practical, friendly, will give you his honest thoughts and overall a top gun. Thank you.
