Having had previous dubious service from an agent I was somewhat cautious about engaging an agent. Tom changed my view . Courteous from the start Tom was personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic not only about his profession but about the prospect of selling my property for me. He more than proved his worth, taking me through the process, providing and explaining options and possible outcomes, including the pit falls. He also proved reliable meeting commitments as arranged or advised as well taking the time to 'just check in' with how things were going from both his and my perspective. I have already recommended Tom to friends as an honest agent who will do his best for his clients.

Tom advertised the property so well online we knew it was the house for us. It went online on the Tuesday, we rang on Wednesday for an appointment on Thursday which he was happy to do. Hubby was off Friday to which he was more than happy to show us through again. The first open home saw a huge number of people through the door and Tom worked tirelessly over the weekend to finalise a deal for both parties. Happy Vendors, happy Purchasers!
