Due to the prospective sale of that unit and the departure of a long term tenant, their management services are no longer required. During the period that they managed the property I was regularly provided with thorough inspection reports and found their information systems to be first class - details of rent and expenses paid were provided at the beginning of each month. More importantly I found Charlotte and her team to be thoroughly professional. At all times they were knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
