Charlotte Peterswald, and more specifically Eunice Ware, provided a wonderful service in the sale of our property in Battery Point. The process was executed with precision and professionalism at every step, to achieve a swift and satisfactory outcome for all. We were particularly impressed with the 3D walkthrough, aerial views via drone, and video - which provided valuable tools, particularly for remote buyers interested in the property. No detail was too small, and Eunice made herself available to assist in every way imaginable. Her advice was invaluable and we simply could not have asked for more.

Craig was wonderful to deal with. Selling a home is a massive undertaking that brings on the full spectrum of emotions. Craig's charm and professionalism put me at ease from our first meeting. There was no doubt that Craig was working to get the best possible outcome. His professionalism shone through in the marketing and the open home was a breeze. Craig found a suitable and very happy buyer quickly and there were no hassles or hiccups whatsoever. Craig is a gentleman and one of the best in his field.

Jess was an absolute joy to work with and helped guide me through my first home purchase with patience and understanding. Even under difficult circumstances with COVID and Facetime inspections, she made this work flawlessly. Following the purchase, she has remained hugely helpful and I can't recommend her more strongly.

From the moment Harry appraised our property it was clear he was a cut above the rest with his systematic method of valuing properties and his honest and practical advice. We were constantly impressed with Harry and his team, from the value for money advertising to the excellent support and communication….. all culminating in an amazing end result only after 2 days on the market. A job incredibly well done!

We got in contact with Harry Coomer from Peterswald for property as they were rated number one agent, and we can see why, from the first phone call to meeting with Harry, then advertising and the selling process, everything about him was easy to deal with and he has a high level of professional service, and communication. Harry is an outstanding agent as we have had previous bad experiences but not this time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring his services.

From the outset Craig was straight forward about the property we had for sale. If he needed time to make assessments he stated why and contact was made quickly after he had completed his work. We certainly got the impression that Craig was working for us and assisting us to get the best price possible. He was always courteous, honest and approachable. We have no trouble in continuing to work with Craig. As a real estate agent Craig was a outstanding as a professional and on a personal level. 5 Stars.
