This is the latest in a line of transactions where we’ve engaged Nick and John to sell property for us. Yet again they came to us with a clear strategy that delivered an outcome that exceeded our expectations in a very timely manner. Throughout the process their communication was exemplary and we had no doubts whatsoever that they were going to get the job done. Nick and John have been our agents of choice for many years and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

The minute we met Jess we knew she was genuine and had our best interest at heart. Jess’s dedication to her field is to be admired, her commitment and compassion for providing the best service, professionalism and support to her clients is outstanding. Jess demonstrated her commitment to us throughout the entire process, her calm manner and general interest in people shines. I would thoroughly recommend Jess as the go getting Agent in the field. If ever we were to require an Agent to represent our property without hesitation would we contact Jess. Fabulous experience and a valued asset to Charlotte Peterswald.

I’d been searching for the right property for almost two years, and came across many real estate agents and agencies. Nick has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, whilst also approachable and happy to seek information if needed to answer any queries. I am really pleased that he was the agent who ended up selling me a home. Both his approach, and the approach of the real estate agency, made searching for and buying a property as easy as is possible. Having had contact with many real estate agencies across the Hobart region, I have been happy to recommend both Nick and the agency Charlotte Peterswald for people wanting to buy or sell.

We had 8 units left to sell and we decided to go with Harry Kumar. It was the best decision we could have made. Harry said to us he would have them all sold by Christmas, and he delivered on this commitment in spades. Harry wrote a proposal for the marketing campaign, sending this to us for review, and taking on feedback willingly and promptly. Harry organised for 3D videos of each unit, suggesting styling as needed, and what a god send these were. Especially in the time of Covid. Harry kept us informed at all times and achieved very good results. Thank you Harry, we couldn’t recommend your work more highly.

Nick was the consummate professional, passionate, well informed, always on time and never left us wondering. Nick was backed up by fantastic team at Charlotte Peterswald's including Damien the designer, Katie on the camera and Haley in the office. Nick led the team and it was a pleasure to be able to get a great outcome and quickly. In short we could not be happier and would gladly recommend Nick to others.

Kim was professional in his approach, always kept me informed, had good knowledge of the property market and worked extremely hard to secure a sale. If you're in the market for a 1st class real estate agent, you will not be disappointed.

Kim Morgan recently sold our block of land in Sandy Bay. Kim is a pleasure to work with. He has exceptional knowledge of Hobart real estate. Kim provided us with professional advice from start to finish. The advertising presentation and strategy was first rate. Kim always kept us informed. Kim achieved a very good and timely result for us, in what was a very testing market. We believe that no matter if your selling a block of land or a waterfront mansion or just want some advice, Kim gives the same professional attention and drive to all. Without hesitation we highly recommend Kim.

Harry was extremely helpful when we purchased our first home. He answered all of our questions and assisted us in the contract and settlement process. His knowledge, communication and professionalism stood out against other real estate agents we have dealt with.

Harry helped us out with the recent purchase of a unit in Lauderdale. Ben and I are Tasmanian expats currently living in Melbourne, and so weren't able to attend an in-person inspection ourselves. Harry was extremely helpful in arranging a tour via video call, which my mum was able to attend in-person. Harry clearly knows what he's talking about, but what I appreciated most was his honesty and candor throughout contract negotiations. Couldn't be happier with our purchase or with the service Harry provided.

I have recently purchased a property, with Kim Morgan representing the vendor. Kim has been professional and respectful through the whole process, making it easy and simple. One can't ask for any more than that!
