Kim has an extremely professional approach and vast experience in selling. I was so impressed , I was regularly kept informed throughout the process. Selling your home can be such a stressful time but for me with Kim at the helm it all went seamlessly. Well done Kim and thank you.

We first met Kim some time ago at an open house for another property we were interested in. He impressed us with his market knowledge and straight talking. When the time came to put our own property on the market we contacted Kim to help us. He got on with the job straight away and kept us well informed throughout the process. It didnt take long before we had several iintetested buyers and one of those ended up purchasing the property with a minimum of fuss. Kim did a great job at every stage. Even waiting for just the right afternoon to take photos that showed our property's best features. These days the online aspect of marketing a propery is very important and Kim made sure that we had the full benefit of this channel as well as being ever-ready to conduct inspections. Thanks Kim, we love your work!

Working with Kim was very easy , he was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale of my two apartments. Kim's pleasant personality makes him a great communicator, he worked extremely hard on the sale and kept me informed at all times , something i really appreciated. Kim was originally recommended to me by a friend and i will definitely be doing the same.

It was a pleasure knowing and dealing with Kim as a buyer. He has an extremely strong professional approach to the Hobart property market and highly experienced in this field. Kim provided us all possible information during our purchase with full clarity and honesty. I would definitely do business with Kim again in future when an opportunity would arise.

We definitely found selling our house easy with no stress involved. We appreciate the trouble Kim took to present our house as a beautiful family home. We would be very happy to reverse the experience and purchase something from Kim , hopefully, in the near future.

Kim facilitated our sale of a 2 bedroom unit in Sandy bay/ Battery Point'. His market knowledge and general business acumen made him the perfect partner for our little enterprise. What really stood out is that he was seemingly available at all hours and times. Despite the fact that he had many other properties for sale (and most worth far more than our little flat), he made me feel almost like I was his only one! Highly recommended without reservation.

Having had to take over the listing from a rather unfortunate situation, Jess worked very hard to achieve the final result obtained. She stayed in constant contact and gave and relayed honest feedback during the process. She is a fine agent and I would not hesitate to recommend her. All the best, JT

Nick has a very professional honest approach. His communication skills immediately put you at ease. You could not ask for better attention or service from an agent.

Harry and Bryce are both excellent agents. They are professional, friendly, prompt, punctual, and willing to share their knowledge regarding property sales. Harry, the main agent for our purchased property, was consistently prompt in returning our phone calls and text messages. We especially appreciated that he was immediately on the phone with the vendor whenever we had questions regarding the property that he did not have answers to. In short, we highly recommend Harry and Bryce as your future agents!

The process of selling my home was clearly explained and I was kept informed at all times of the progress being made with the satisfactory result being achieved quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Harry and Bryce (Team Coomer) from Charlotte Peterswald for your Real Estate Agent.

Kim was very helpful in our Hobart property purchase. He was knowledgeable about the property and Hobart market and had answers to all our questions at hand, or would follow up promptly with responses from the vendors if anything needed clarifying (even after settlement).
