Kim Morgan delivered beyond what we expected or even hoped for! Being Americans in the Australian market, he educated us with regard to local practices and procedures. He pointed us to individuals, like the property stylist, who could help get the house ready for showings. And he kept a very careful eye on the house making sure that it was secure and looked after. He was excellent at communication and negotiation skills, and he has a deep knowledge of the greater Hobart area market. Honestly, I wouldn't work with anyone else.
