We were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism shown by Kim and his colleagues including the process of preparing our house for sale and presenting the property to prospective buyers; we would recommend Charlotte Peterswald to anyone selling a premium property.

We searched for some time for the right agent to sell our home and are so happy we found Craig Anderson from Charlotte Peterswald for Property in Hobart. From the start Craig shared our vision and goals for the sale, provided fantastic advice and within 13 days our home was sold. Craig was available to answer any query, no matter how small and kept us informed throughout the process. We couldn't recommend Craig more highly. We sincerely thank him for his professionalism, his excellent real estate skills and experience and his consistently friendly approach. We are fortunate that we found Craig, because he is the best. Kim is an excellent agent. We are aged in our mid seventies and have been hoping to downsize for about 18 months, meeting many agents and viewing many properties. Selling our family home of 26 years, with all its associated happy memories, was not an easy decision to arrive at. Kim empathized with us during our decision making and discussed with us our rationale, never pressuring us to sell in any way. Kim has totally lived up to our expectations and was always respectful of us and our home. He was knowledgeable, ethical, available and patient. He has eased the whole process for us in every way possible, leading us through some complex issues we were unaware of and leaving us reassured and confident. As part of our selling package, Kim introduced us to one of their listed property stylists. This was really helpful, with often simple ideas being shown to us as the best way to present our home for sale. Kim sought our approval right through the marketing process and we were delighted with the end result, as were family and friends. We were also very happy with the other agents from Charlotte Peterswald for Property who brought interested purchasers to view our home. It sold before the planned open day for a price with which we were extremely happy. It was well presented, our needs were clearly represented and Kim used his excellent negotiating skills to finalise the sale. Kim is now continuing to support and assist us as we try to find a new home, all far more than his obligation to us, but very much appreciated. Robert and Ruth Kim is an excellent agent.

Our property was never going to be easy to sell, we created our family "shack" with the intention to keep forever.... Nothing in real estate is ever forever! We built an upmarket property in a shack location, Kim was understanding of the challenges of this, always keeping us informed of inspections and potential buyers, also being honest about feedback and market trends. After what seemed like a long advertising campaign, our property was sold at a price that we understand to be a record for the area!

Kim's experience and reputation inspired my confidence and this was not misplaced: I trusted Kim Morgan to manage the presentation and sale of my beautiful home in my absence and he really delivered. His communication was excellent and he ensured that while I could not be present during the final preparations for sale the process was smooth and I was kept well informed. I am grateful for his excellent advice, hard work and professionalism, and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

We dealt with Harry when arranging to buy a property in West Hobart. The property was a good match for our needs and we were keen to purchase it, and Harry was happy to help us in a consultative and supportive way. He and his colleague Jess made themselves available whenever it was required, and were helpful and understanding of both the vendor and purchaser throughout the process. Thanks Harry and Jess!
