The best Agent in Hobart
Kim Morgan has helped us sell and buy properties in Hobart, his professionalism and advice have been invaluable to us. He has excellent knowledge of the housing market, and ensured we saw properties suitable to our requirements. Kim sold our property at a very good price, and he worked hard to achieve this in limited time. We always felt we were secure in our dealings with Kim, no stretching the truth! in our opinion he I'd definitely the best agent in Hobart!

Fantastic Agent

The best I’ve worked with
I have built, renovated and sold some 20 properties in Tasmania, most of them in Hobart. I have used a number of agents, many of them very good. When it came to selling our own home we chose Kim because of his excellent ability to read the market for unique properties. On a number of occasions Kim has exceeded our expectations in terms of matching buyers for our properties and closing out settlements in a timely manner and in ways that have worked for our specific needs (the most recent sale Kim achieved on our behalf within 48hrs of going on the market although we negotiated a very long settlement period due to our move overseas...Kim’s ability to negotiate e that helped a lot). I have very much admired is professional approach in putting together holistic sales packages that are pretty much faultless. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to you.
