Based on word of mouth I was very keen for Harry to be involved in the sale of my property and wow - he really lives up to expectations! He explains information clearly, and is also very good at listening and valuing the homeowner's input. At no point did I feel an outsider in the sales process, rather an integral member of a very polished team. I was the purchaser in a transaction where Nick was acting for the vendor, so I was not his client. Nevertheless, Nick was unfailingly prompt, courteous, helpful and friendly in all my dealings with him. Also, the transaction was a rather complex one, with many 'moving parts' that had to be synchronized in order for everything to come together, and Nick put in the extra effort to ensure that this happened.
