I previously was a tenant for CPPM and had a good experience. On this occasion, i asked them to manage a newly built property that i was renting. They dealt with all issues effectively and promptly. Despite, it being the Christmas period, there were 6 applications to rent from one open home!. They provided detailed checks and good advice about which were acceptable and pros/cons. I look forward to them acting as property managers over the coming years

I live interest so find the support I'm getting excellent as issues arise (usually with tenants) that I couldn't possible deal with from a distance thank you

Perfect People

The Management and Staff are chosen for their expertise in every aspect to make CPPM work efficiently and smoothly. Nothing is too much trouble, if a problem crops up, it is dealt with quickly and any inconvenience is minimal. I have been with the Company for close on 30yrs. and they have my total confidence and support. I would recommend the agency to anyone.

Wonderful service

We have used Charlotte Peterswald Property Management services for many years to manage our small town house. The service provided has been exceptional. Our town house has had more than 95% occupancy and we have never had a problem with our tenants who have been carefully screened. Liz and Ruth have always been extremely professional and proactive.
