Due to having to leave our current rental property unexpectedly, I turned to David Walch for assistance in finding a pet friendly rental. He quickly had several properties for us to view. David was a life saver in a very stressful situation. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have been with Charlotte Peterswald Property Management for over 2 years. We have always found them to be very efficient in looking after our property. Their service and communication is excellent and exceptionally helpful especially in the last few months since our property was damaged by floods. As we live interstate, their knowledge and willingness to go out of their way to help deal with local issues on our behalf has been invaluable to us. We are extremely happy with the service we receive from the agency and would highly recommend them to anyone with a rental property.

I have rented two properties through CPM and have had no issues. They communication could be a little better to let tenants know when there is maintenance planned for the property however when you raise an issue it is resolved quickly and fully.
