Throughout all stages of the process, including applying, inspecting, processing and moving in to my new rental property, Nicky and the team at CPPM were great across all aspects. I highly recommend to others considering their services.

Yevonne works tirelessly, not just to let a property but to find the best fit. Things are very fast-paced in the current market and Yevonne was always up to speed - throughout the process she kept me up-to-date so I felt informed enough to make a clear decision at the end

Ruth Ennis, who is our property manager with CPPM, regularly achieves results with our property that are above and beyond the call of duty. Her advise on rent, renewal of property details, such as linoleum, eletricity switches, double glazing of windows, hiring of trustworthy gardeners etc. have all been followed and ensure that we and the tenants are confident that the property is always in very good condition and that we are in constant and amical communication that serves renters and landlord needs. Ruth in fact foresees the tenants' needs and forestalls any diminuition of amenities. Her kind, gentle and knowledgeable manner means that our tenants remain in the property for many years, despite rent rises and know that Ruth will deal swiftly and professionaly with any problems, As landlords we rely entirely on her widespanning knowledge and experience to guide us, in the certain knowledge that any and every problem will be dealt with by her. I certainly commend her as an outstanding property agent, who deserves the highest accolades and praise.

Ruth has been our property manager for almost 10 years and during that time we have found Ruth (and all the staff at CPPM) to be very good at their jobs and easy to work with. Ruth has consistently found us good tenants (something that when we self-managed the property we fond difficult to do) and has always been prompt and professional with follow up whenever there has been an issue. Very much appreciated.

Our experience with CPPM agents and now the management team has be great so far. Be it property sales, management or rental experience, they have be no less than excellent in each areas of the services they provide. It was seamless transition from previous owner to us and same was with our new tenants. The management team has been very helpful in keeping the condition of the property in pristine by performing regular inspections and flagging us with defects to ensure they are rectified as agreed.
