We bought a property that will need to be renovated. We were told that it would take at least a year to get proposals and applications sorted. I was wondering whether it would be worthwhile getting a tenant in to help with expenses while we are waiting, as well as occupying the property to deter unwelcome visitors. CPPM was fantastic in their advice, keeping costs down and getting a tenant in surprisingly quickly.

Our property was damaged by a freak rain storm, which required building work to correct. Ruth arranged for tradespeople to assess the damage and provide a quote to correct the problem to industry standards. She then managed the completion of the works on time and budget. Excellent service well done.

I have worked with Adam for a long time now and have never had any issues. Our property is well looked after, always tenanted and any issues that come up are dealt with in a very respectful and efficient manner taking both the interests of tenants and landlord into account. We can sleep well and dont have to worry about our property. I would highly recommend CPPM.
