Vince Di Grazia was one of several real estate agents I asked to give me an appraisal of the value of my home prior to listing it for sale.He was very professional, punctual and thorough. Vince did an excellent job for my family while purchasing this rural farm. His local knowledge was very helpful. The only suggestion for his future clients - make sure that you ask lots of questions as Vice (after all) need to make happy you and the vendor, which is not easy sometimes. Highly recommended agent!

Vince proved he was the right agent for the job! Being a builder i have bought and sold many times over the years using a few different agents. Vince has a history of high achievement in the area where our property was even though he was not local. I have never met such a dedicated enthusiatic proffessional agent before....EVER! He stuck to the tadk and in a tough market compounded by restrictions he perservered and achieved the correct result. I cant recommend Vince highly enough. He truly is the very best!

Right from the start it was obvious that Vince had a wealth of knowledge in this industry. Our property was professionally marketed and we had viewings immediately. House sold quickly even though we were going through testing times.
