Nicci from chincogan real estate was an excellent choice for me to sell my much loved home. Setting a realistic price unlike some other agent suggestions. She was open to my request of no sign no open house... There was no advertising fee, the professional photos were fantastic. All free of charge. The house sold after 10 days on the market for close to the asking price.
