Highly recommend Chincogan Real Estate in Mullumbimby. Adam and Chad gave us a market appraisal at our request - we asked their advice regarding what was needed to achieve the best price. We completed the work as advised and asked Adam to appraise it again and sell it. We were officially on the market on Wednesday and had sold the house before the first open house on Saturday - 3 days to sell the property at full asking price! Chincogan have their fingers on the pulse of the Byron property market, easy to deal with and extremely helpful. No fast talkers here just real results!
