Adam and Chad Mangleson are an excellent team, easily contactable and giving prompt response. We have bought several properties through Chincogan Real Estate over the years. Adam has been our main contact . They have excellent market knowledge coupled with understanding of the requiremtns of both purchasers and vendors. We recently bought a property through them at Mullumbimby. During the protracted time it took to get our development plans through Byron Shire Council, they were supportive, helpful and able to sell the properties at a good price when the subdivision was approved. They are fair, professional, experienced and trustworthy and we would highly recommend Adam and Chad to both pruchasers and vendors .
