Sam and his team helped to make the entire process of selling our home extremely stress free and straightforward. During a particularly unusual time of Covid restrictions, Sam and Rhianna didn’t miss a beat and adapted the campaign as required to meet the frequent changes brought about by the lockdown. We appreciated Sam’s humour, insights, local knowledge and experience and we were delighted with a great result. Sam is not only a terrific agent, but a genuinely great local character.

Sam knows the Elwood market better than most. We bought through his dad, and sold through Sam. Sam was able to bring the right buying parties to the property during the COVID lockdowns, reducing the traffic for our tenants and ensuring a speedy process with a positive outcome.

Working with Sam to sell my house during a sudden Covid lockdown turned a potentially stressful situation into a great experience. Sam was super proactive and immediately set in motion Zoom Inspections, making sure I was very prepared with a 'dress rehearsal'. The Zoom inspections set me up for a successful sale, with the result I was hoping for. Sam and Rhianna took communication to the next level; every text or email was answered immediately. I would definitely recommend Chisholm and Gamon!

Carolyn recently sold a property for me. She was totally professional to deal with, and was supportive and informative throughout the process. What is often a stressful experience was seamless thanks to her. Carolyn even contacted me on settlement day to congratulate me, something that has never happened before. I would not hesitate to recommend Carolyn.

Sam's market knowledge of the not just the Elwood but Melbourne's bayside and eastern suburbs areas gave us great confidence in the buyer profiles that our sales campaign was targeting. The entire campaign hit the mark in every way. While we had every trust in Sam, we really appreciated that Sam also had the trust of the buyers. Sam's honesty and integrity were the most important factors in our campaign - he truly has all parties' interests in mind. We could not recommend Sam highly enough.

Torsten was an absolute pleasure to work with from the first moment of contact. He is polite, kind, considerate, and acts like a gentleman. He was always on time, and always returned calls or texts in a timely fashion. He had an excellent sense of the market and what steps to take to enable a successful sale. He organised for work to be done on the flat before the sale, and it all happened quickly and easefully. I cannot recommend Torsten and his team highly enough.
