Firstly, let me say that prior to this property I had no experience with Chisolm & Gamon or Andrew. I was on the other side of the sales fence from Andrew - he was the seller's agent and I was the buyer. I was thankful for his assistance and punctuality in organising open for inspections and other activities before the purchase and couldn't fault any aspect of my interactions with him. However, what I was most impressed with was his assistance after the purchase - where some agents might be a little less interested after the sale is locked away, Andrew worked hard to make my side of things as painless as he could. Since moving to St Kilda in the early '80's my family [wife and a daughter] have both enjoyed the life stye of inner urban living, the beachside experience with seascapes and an openness to nature as well as the local amenities of parklands and the celebrated Acland Street shopping precinct as well as the public transport access to central Melbourne and beyond provided by the famous tram service.
