Sam provided us as the vendors with very good updates and feedback after each Open for Inspection. Sam is very enthusiastic and personable. He was always reliable and would respond to emails almost immediatley! It was a pleasure dealing with Chisolm and Gamon. They made the sale process as smooth as possible.
