From our first meeting with Calvin from CHN we had confidence instilled that agent choice was right. Calvin placed Grainy with the property sale. Being new to the Melbourne market we looked around at various agents and CHN knew the Box Hill market. Recomendations for property preparations and sale timing were given and signs went up next day, advertising and inspections times set in place. Grainy gave us regular timely reports of inspections and prospective buyers.
