We ended up signing with an original agent, and the property didn't sell. We just left the property off the market for the next 5 or 6 months. Wen kept in touch with us all through that, and he gave us the confidence to actually sign with him, and he delivered. We are very happy with the work that Wen did for us; he kept us informed all the way through. He's pretty honest. He was fair and reasonable and set our expectations at a fair level so that we knew where we were going down the track. In the end, it was a great result, and I'd be happy to recommend Wen to anyone else looking to sell their property.
