It has been made clear to us by comparing similar sales and talking to other agents that we sold our property at a price lower than the true market value and much lower than our expected sale price. We felt that Demi has been talking down the value of the property and misguided us on the true market value of our property throughout the campaign and clearly it is worth at least $30,000 more than the sale price if not $50,000. Our property is not an average 2 bedroom unit, it has more than 252sqm land much bigger than an average unit; spacious bedrooms; own street frontage and driveway with double garage and a third car space behind; within Box Hill High school zone. We felt Demi all along has not listened to our expectation and compared the similar sales at this particular location and school zone, but treated it as a normal average unit and tried to finish the sale on auction day. I was made under pressure to put the property on market at a low price on auction day which resulted a poor sale result not reflecting the true value of the property and made us feel terrible and loss of thousands of dollars after a quick poor sale.
